STEP 1
Together, we’ll talk about colors and interior styles you are drawn to, your visions for your finished spaces and how the proper use of color can enhance existing, fixed finishes, the home’s architectural style and bring those visions to life. All the cues the house and it’s inhabitants provide are considered!
STEP 2
There are tens of thousands of paint colors in today’s market alone! Based on that initial conversation and by also applying specific color rules and ratios, I will make some initial recommendations as to several palette options. We’ll look at many different colors within those options to narrow down the field for each room.
STEP 3
Once we settle on several options, I will leave you with large paint samples to hang on the wall in each space so you can get used to seeing how the color plays – in all types of light - throughout the day.
STEP 4
After final color decisions are made, I will provide a specification sheet with all selected colors for your painter, along with some additional design ideas you might want to incorporate, that will enhance the space and palette. I will also give you a sample portfolio of your selected colors/palette that you can take with you when shopping for accessories for your spaces!
